Sunday Special: Pan-Grilled

It was my brother’s turn yesterday to cook dinner for us. He prepared a simple, pan-grilled pork steak with marble potatoes and brocolli. Before cooking the meat, he marinated them in a mixture of soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. As for the vegetables, he just seasoned them with salt and pepper.

Lemon juice was squeezed onto the pork which added a nice flavor to it 🙂 It was another flavorful Sunday dinner for our family.
